Everything a sports team needs
For sports teams where load matters: RPE and load, ACWR, wellbeing, testing, return to play and a team events calendar – together with programming.
- Programming included
- RPE straight from players’ phones
- Import GPS and force-plate files

What you see every day
Team load
Every player’s weekly load, change, monotony and ACWR in one table, with a 12-week trend.
- sRPE from training and games
- ACWR 7:28 and 3:21, EWMA
- Week against week

Readiness
Who is ready today and who to watch – from wellbeing (RPR), the jump test and load. With the reason, not just a colour.
- Wellbeing against baseline
- CMJ change
- Last game and minutes

One player – all the data
The player page: load, ACWR, force plate, weight, wellbeing and return to play.
- Return to play (RTP)
- Injuries and niggles
- Reports and AI analysis

Monitoring signals, not injury predictions. Interpret load, ACWR and wellbeing in context.
Everything in one place
Built by a coach who uses it every day.
“I built PlanTau because I needed it myself. Programs in Excel, results in WhatsApp, notes on paper – now it's all in one place, for my athletes and for me.”
Domantas Tautkus, strength & conditioning coach, founder of PlanTau
A full squad, two sessions a day in season. Programs, RPE, jumps and GPS used to live in five different places – now coaches and players work from one plan.
Let’s talk.
We’ll show it with your own data and help you move everything over.

Where does the data come from?
Players log RPE and wellbeing on their phone, the coach enters match minutes, and GPS and force-plate data come in as files.
Does it replace programming?
No – programming is included. The same calendar, programs and player app.
Who sees the data?
Only your organisation’s coaches and staff. Players see only their own sessions.
Can we try it?
Yes. Write to us – we’ll show it with your team’s data.
